Prior to designing for a 55+ audience I spent 10 years working with luxury boutique hotels, creating UX experiences that were functional as well as emotionally engaging.

While even the most recent of these works were created at the dawn of smartphone adoption and mobile responsiveness, they were an important part of my UI and UX experience. The lessons I learned in hospitality have continued to inform my design work today.
